Exilecomics.com was founded to bring together webcomic artists and readers. It is expected that all members treat each other with courtesy and with respect; and treat the Exile Comics founders, administration, and website with that same respect. For these reasons we require that members retain the following code of contact:

No hate speech. Exilecomics.com recognizes the importance of free speech and the freedom of expression, however some types of speech are not acceptable even under these standards. Our Intention is not to censor comics. We are more concerned with the intent. Content that is offensive, such as - but not limited to - the endorsement of racism, is not acceptable in works submitted to Exilecomics.com, and any work found to be in violation of these principals will be removed from the site without warning.

Respect others work. Plagiarism is not acceptable, any author that is plagiarizing others work will be will have their works removed from the site.

Exile Comics has authority over its assets. Exile Comics at any time may change the terms of this agreement without notice. It is the members responsibility to abide by this agreement in its most recent form. Membership at exilecomics.com is at-will membership, meaning that the owners of exilecomics.com may terminate membership at any time at their discretion.

Exile Commons
Exile brings people together to create so its important that everyone knows how things will be used. Exile Comics shares the rights of strips with its creators. Exile Comics can publish the submitted work in any medium, and you retain the right to publish any strips that you produce. You may not however publish other creators works from that project without the permission of Exilecomics.com administration. You may make derivative works from collaborations that you participated in, as long as the original source is credited as Exile Comics and its members.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA)
Federal regulations require that information for children under the age of 13 cannot be collected on the internet without parental permission. In addition, Exilecomics.com is not a site that is targeted at children below the age of 16. for For these reasons Exilecomics.com does not allow children under the age of 16 to participate.
