Hey there youtubers I do not have a new sketch for you today, not in the strictest sense at least. It turned out that all my sketches were too crappy to post this week so I thought I would bring you something else new instead. A comic! yeah thats right, I broke out the ole tablet and sketchbook and drew an honest to goodness Adventures of Scott comic! I am a bit rusty and I am not quite satisfied with the quality, but its a matter of getting back on the horse, so I convinenced myself not to beat my self up to much or make plans to build up a huge backlog before I got started, as that never works for me. So take a look and tell me what you think!

So I kind of forgot to post on Tuesday. Good thing there’s another day of the week that starts with a T!

Today I’m reaching into my old bag of sketches, because I’m feeling nostalgic.

So here’s MegaMan and ProtoMan. I was listening to the Protomen CD a lot and had a huger to draw them. It’s greatness breaks tables!

I also have this little dozy I did for Scott. He was talking about doing comics again where he had Tom Servo floating around behind him. So I made him mill Kevin Murphy.

So there ya go! I have fulfilled my end of the deal. Now, GIVE ME BACK MY PLANE!

This is just something I wanted to see if I could make digitally. I’ve always kinda wanted to do a space story and a prerequsite to that is the ability to do space objects. so this is an attempt to do just that.

Oh, hello there. Didn’t see you come in.

Yes, it’s tuesday and it’s sketchblog and it’s me, the lovable Carl. My sketch is me working out how I want a character, I’m calling him Chet for right now, should look. It’s for a short animation I wish to do, not some fancy comic. Basically, I was trying out hairstyles as I seem to be able to draw 1 or 2, but wanted to see if I could explore more. Which is hard after not drawing for a few months.

But there you have it. Proof. Next week tuesday I should have some designs for the female lead. Makes me wish I could draw girls better!

Sketchblog Week 1

So this is the idea: each week I’ll bring you at least one sketch. It could be simple, or complex, one or many but there will be something each friday, and at least one bit has to be new. Also, as it goes on other people will join me.

This week it starts off simple with a inked sketch of Scott from The Adventures of Scott, In his work uniform, so to speak.
