The strip, actually released July 21, 2007, was posted in fact on comedic legend Don Knotts‘ (Right) birthday!
Justin has made a point to release a Rejected Conversation Hearts strip every year since 2002, regardless if his strip is on hiatus, or even if it must be 5 months off from the holiday that it celebrates.
